My family has celebrated birthdays only with ice cream cakes since the mid 80s and at my 53th birthday..Yuki made, probably the BEST ICE CREAM ever! She is always so accommodating and my family will continue to celebrate only with this location's cakes! Thank you Yuki!
Yoki had amazing costumer service! She let us come in 5 minutes past closing and was just so sweet and kind ! Fast and clean too
It's been years since I went to a Carvel Ice Cream store. Luckily, we were in the area and went in for an afternoon treat on a hot summer day. Our kids were excited and came in very loudly, but the owners/staff were friendly, patient and very accommodating with our large order (6 people in our group). The store was clean and well stocked. Parking is very easy and plentiful. We all thoroughly enjoyed the various treats we ordered. I wish I had a cooler to take more items home, and definitely wish I lived close to a Carvel again. Hope we get to come back for a return visit!

Ordered a Birthday Sprinkle Ice Cream Cake a week ahead of time. The employee I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable! When I picked up the cake they did not write on it yet to make sure what I wanted written on it was right which was so nice because I was worried about that! I tried to use a coupon but it was not valid at a carvel store, only the supermarket, but they gave me $2 off anyway! This store and the employees are awesome and so was the cake!
The soft serve ice cream is delicious and they are quick on service. They had a large supply of decorated cakes.
